The Start of Summertime Specials Challenge Rides kick off Cycling UK's Challenge Ride Series and take place in late March when the clocks go forward and summertime finally begins. 

This 60 km ride is the perfect opener to the summer cycling season, starting at Stevenage and going through Reed, Hare Street, Braughing and back to Stevenage in the pretty county of Hertforshire.
