I hope you will come to our AGM next Tuesday 16th April at Queens Park Arts Centre, Queens Park, Aylesbury HP21 7RT in the Needlework Room. The meeting will start at 19:30 so please come early if you wish to buy a drink.
The agenda is attached along with the minutes of the previous AGM and reports on accounts and ride statistics.
During the year Philip Baronius has stepped down as Rides Secretary, but has been replaced by Roger Lewis-Smith. Ben Parry is stepping down as Secretary but Penny Dablin has offered to replace him. We are hoping to find Ride Coordinators for the Step Up and Moderate groups; if that could be you, please feel free to contact me to discuss what is involved. Cycling UK would like us to elect a Safeguarding Officer, which mainly involves being a contact in the unlikely event that an issue arises. There is online training, but perhaps there is someone with relevant professional experience who could volunteer.
Please come and support the committee, give your feedback on the club and your ideas for improving it.
