Before you go cycling, it is important to check your bike is serviceable and have a basic understanding of how to prevent and/or repair punctures. 

This 2 hour workshop has been designed for delivery during the Women's Festival of Cycling, to teach the basic maintenance and repair skills required to get from A-B. 

There will be three sessions at Cycling UK's new Training Centre (North), delivered by professionally qualified mechanics.  

2nd, 11th and 17th July.
