Usually there are two rides on Sundays. One is an easy paced (approx 11mph average) and social ride, with a stop for lunch. The other is a faster, longer ride, usually approx 50 - 60 miles at an average speed of about 12mph. Still sociable and with a lunch stop. Check the website for more information.
