Women-only cycle ride using traffic free routes and quieter roads.  Meet at Morrisons, Hatfield Road - by the cycle stands of course!  Ride departs 0930 prompt.  We go for a gentle ride, wending our way towards a coffee stop.  We are out all morning, we don't go fast.

Please check your bike over before the ride, make sure the tyres are pumped up and the brakes and gears work.  Wear sensible shoes and dress for comfort and the British weather.  Bring some money for the coffee stop.
