Women-only gently-paced morning cycle ride with coffee stop.  We use traffic-free routes and quieter roads.

Please check your bike beforehand, wear sensible clothes, bring suncream / waterproofs as appropriate and some money for coffee - we will visit a local cafe or possibly a church fete.  It is a good idea to have a spare tube that fits your tyre size.
