We will meet for 2pm at the Cycling Hub and cycle about 4 miles on Stevenage cycleways pausing for a picnic in the park on our return. 

We are joining with other women on Fancy Women Bike Rides taking place on the same day across the globe celebrating the freedom that cycling brings. (Find our more at: www.suslukadinlarbisikletturu.com/en)

We will show that we can cycle in ordinary clothes, we can dress for our destination and do not have to wear special cycle specific garments or shoes. Today our dress code is "Fancy"! Choose your favourite outfit, decorate your bike, perhaps bring some flowers and help to make this a special occasion, a real celebration.

Men may join our ride but we ask that they ride with us not ahead of us. They are also asked to wear their ordinary smart clothes. Children are welcome but will need to be closely supervised at all times.

If you do not have your own bike, you can hire one from the Cycling Hub! But to do so it is very important that you contact enquiries@stevenagecyclinghub.co.uk in advance and arrive early to fit your bike.

Extra Morning Ride - Stevenage Cycleways Showcase

In addition to the afternoon ride, we have a 10 mile morning ride showcasing more of the Stevenage Cycleway network.
