A relaxed, easy-paced ride with some small hills in the middle from Dundee Waterfront via the Rossie Estate to the Horseshoe Cafe and back. All will be on hard smooth surfaces so a road bike is ideal but any bike would do. The time frame includes a leisurely lunch at the cafe.
