Multi-day courses at Atlantic Outdoor Centre are all residential, which means that included within the costs of the course is shared room accommodation in the castle for the two nights of the course, and food from the first day evening meal to the third day lunch.

Accommodation is based in larger shared rooms, with male and female shower rooms and toilets. Bike storage and cleaning hoses are installed, and the food is all homemade with volumes to suit hungry bike riders!
