Worcester and Malvern CTC, a Member Group of Cycling-UK, will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday 25th April 2024 in the upper room at The Dragon Inn, 51 The Tything, Worcester WR1 1JT commencing at 7:30pm.
An Agenda is in preparation, which will include the usual formal items:
- Apologies
- Minutes of last meeting
- Reports (Annual and Social Events reports are attached)
- Appointment of Auditor
- Election of the four mandatory committee roles:
- Chair (VACANCY)
- Secretary (VACANCY)
- Treasurer
- Safeguarding
- Discussion on the future organisation of the club
- Discussion on encouraging ride leaders for Saturday rides
- Any Other Business
Please bring your current membership card with you, otherwise you may not be able to vote.
