Our regular rides are:

* Free to attend

* Between 10 and 15 miles (depending on the route)

* "Do-it-at-your-pace" (we are a casual riding club)

* Led by Cycling UK's qualified Ride Leaders and/or Cycle Instructors

* Inclusive

*Adults Only (or Teenagers happy to ride 10 to 15 miles. Please note, under 18's will need to be accompanied by a parent or a guardian)

*Wearing an Helmet is required

*Bicycle in good working order is required
