During May we will be encouraging new and novice cyclists who want to do more to come along to our Couch to 50K rides,A 6 week course culminating in a 50K cycle route in the country lanes around Bromsgrove. Designed to build confidence, skills and knowledge we show you what you need to take on your cycling trip, how to ride more ergonomically, the safe approaches to cycling and most of all how to enjoy cycling in the lanes of Bromsgrove.

Each session costs just £10 with all proceeds being donated to Cure Leukaemia.To find out more come along to the Ewe and Lamb on the 20th April at 7:00pm for a Q&A session
