The Annual General Meeting of Southampton CTC, part of Cycling UK will be held on Tuesday 5th April at the Dovetail Centre, Chandlers Ford Methodist Church, Winchester Road, Chandlers Ford, SO53 2GJ (What3Words ///stick.moving.memo) at 7.00pm.

I am calling for any agenda items to be submitted to me alicekeirby@hotmail.com by Friday, 18th March 2022. There will not be Any Other Business on the night unless it is considered an urgent item by the Chair.

You may self-nominate if you have a desire to help your club; please do not be deterred if the post holder is shown to be prepared to continue. If there is more than one nomination for a post then a vote will be held on the night.
