Chess Valley ride from Amersham - 10 miles easy

Women's Festival of Cycling
Description

Join me for an easy and scenic 10-mile ride through the Chess Valley, starting from Amersham at 10:00 on Sunday 25th July. The route used the Chiltern Cycleway which includes roads and bridlepaths. Suitable for most recreational bikes such as hybrid (touring) and mountain bikes, but not suitable for road bikes with thin tires. Bring a bottle of water and a smile! My husband will be on hand to bring up the rear, so nobody will be left behind. No children please - the road between Latimer and Waterside is not suitable for your little ones. Depending on interest, we may stop for a coffee or cold drink on our return in Amersham. Get in touch with any questions. I am a Cycling UK volunteer and am doing this to support women getting on their bikes, building confidence, and enjoying cycling. I am not an expert cyclist or cycling instructor however I have been cycling in cities and off-road in the countryside for 30 years.
