Member portal guidance

Sign up today to access your member benefits or to renew your membership

We have now launched our new member portal. If you have not created an account with us within the last year, you will need to create a new online account. This is very easy and will only take a few moments.

Once you have created your new account, you will be able renew your membership or update your personal details.

You can either watch the short video, or scroll down to read our written instructions.

Follow these simple steps:

  1. When on the sign-in page select the Sign up now link, as shown below:
  2. The sign-up screen will show. Enter your email address and press the send verification code button.
  3. An email will be sent to you from Microsoft on behalf of Cycling UK with a 6-digit code.
  4. Enter the code and press verify, then enter the password you want to use for your Cycling UK account and your first and last name.
  5. You will then be logged into your member portal, from here you will be able to access your benefits and membership details if the email address you have used is the same as on your membership. If this is not the case please contact the membership team, details below.
