Morrisons Development
Morrisons have been given planning permission to build a new supermarket on Wedgewood Way. Read more here.
Gresley Way Petition
Our petition is now an important tool in our campaign to get the final 650 metres of cycleway built using funding associated with the Morrisons development. Please Sign and Share here.
Bike Week
The 100th Cycling UK Bike Week celebrates everyday cycling for everyone. Find out how you can get your workplace involved here.
Competition - Send a picture of yourself cycling to CyclingUKStevenagecampaigns@gmail.com with why you enjoy using your bike as a means of everyday transport. Pictures and reasons will be displayed on the Cycling UK Stevenage website and at the stall at Stevenage Day on 11th June (only first names will be used). Everyone who sends a picture in will go into a draw to win a £10 voucher for Costello's Cafe.
Great North Road Cycleway
Work on the Great North Road Cycleway is due to start on June 12th 2023. Read the schedule of work here.
Old Town High Street
Hertfordshire County Council are proposing improvements to the Old Town High Street. Visit the public consultation event on Tuesday 6th June from 3pm to 7pm at Springfield House Community Centre, High Street, Stevenage SG1 3EJ. Find out more here.
Stevenage Day
Cycling UK Stevenage will have a stall at Stevenage Day on 11th June. Cycle parking will be nearby and Dr Bike, the mobile mechanic, will be joining us again.
