Hello Club Members
The AGM is on the 13th April at the Prestwood Village Hall from 12 noon for food drink and a chat, the meeting to start at 1.00pm.
Attached is the AGM Agenda the secretary's report the ride secretary's report the treasurers accounts.
We are not printing lots of copies for the meeting but please print for yourselves if you wish.
As you know we need a secretary to take over from Ray B who is retiring.
The secretary's main functions are organising the committee meetings, replying to CUK, replying to new member requests and at the end of the year filling in the end of year CUK annual report.
We also need a volunteer organiser for the Annual luncheon and the AGM.
Hope to see many of you at the AGM.
