I just wanted to remind you that the deadline for booking the Christmas Lunch is next Wednesday. Most people are finding it easy to use the online booking form, but if you have any problems contact me. Already we have online bookings for 13 EP riders, 11 M riders and 5 MF riders, so plenty of your cycling buddies will be there, don't be left out!
The South Bucks Midweek Christmas Lunch will be on Wednesday 6th December 2023 at Chartridge Park Golf Club, Chartridge Lane, Chartridge, Chesham, HP5 2TF. The bar will be open from 12:00 and lunch will be served at 13:00 with a wider choice than previously. You are welcome to come after a ride or by car, and partners are also welcome. The cost of the three-course meal is £26 with the option to add a donation to Thames Valley Air Ambulance if you wish.
The committee hopes you will come as this is one of the few opportunities for us all to meet socially.
Please complete the online form if possible and pay by BACS or cheque, but we don't want anyone to be excluded by the technology so if you need help with booking, call me on 07913 308369.
