CTC Wessex Cycling website team volunteers needed

Our current CTC Wessex Cycling website is in a format that is no longer supported by the original supplier of the code.  We need therefore to migrate it to a new CMS platform, e.g., WordPress or Joomla. We are looking for volunteers to form a small team to undertake the migration and further develop the website.  As the website is a key part of the club’s communication and marketing, if anyone has any experience that they could bring to this important project, it would be greatly appreciated.
