CTC South Bucks Member Group Special General Meeting

This email is a calling notice for a “CTC South Bucks Member Group” Special General Meeting,

At the South Bucks AGM in May, it was agreed that the South Bucks group should merge with the Midweek group. (I attach the Minutes of the AGM.)

The details of the merger have now been agreed between the 2 groups.

The Midweek Group has already held its SGM and has approved the merger.

There will be only 1 item on the agenda for the South Bucks SGM, the motion in the attached file “SGM Motion”.

Despite the easing of Covid-19 restrictions, this South Bucks Member Group SGM will be conducted via email, over the week of 20th - 27th September 2021.

If you wish to "attend", please send me (sb.sec@southbuckscycling.org.uk) an email giving me your Membership Number. 

Nobody except myself will see your email address and I will delete the list of addresses after the SGM is complete.

Over the week of 20th - 27th September 2021 you may send me comments on the motion. I will distribute these comments daily to all attendees. At the end of the week, I will produce and circulate the draft minutes.
