The route is just under 6 miles and is mostly flat, it uses a mixture of public roads and multi use graded trails, a couple of sections maybe slippery if the ground is very wet. The route is suitable for mountain bikes, hybrids and road bikes that don't have totally slick tyres. It should take 30-45 minutes, depending on fitness and how often you stop to admire the views!
