Charity Cycle Challenge Along the Jurassic Coast in Dorset, with 50km and 100km Routes

Bike Week
Description

Shining Life Children's Trust helps children living in poverty in Sri Lanka through community-led education and health programmes. To mark the charity's 21st anniversary, this special cycle challenge during National Bike Week will follow the spectacular Jurassic Coast in Dorset, with 50km and 100km routes to suit all abilities, including families.

For those who need it, we have arranged accommodation in Swanage from Friday evening through to Sunday. Following the bike ride on Saturday 8th June, we will spend the evening together, sharing a hearty meal, swapping stories and resting sore limbs. On Sunday you can relax or explore the area further before an optional pub lunch.

The cost of the weekend is £80 per adult and £60 per child, plus bike hire if you require it. As the charity doesn't make a profit from this event, we ask riders to commit to raising £100, although we hope that this challenge will capture the imaginations of your friends and family so that you can raise more!

The £80/£60 cost includes accommodation from Friday evening to Sunday morning, and all meals on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.

Please complete the registration form on the charity's website by 30 April 2019 here; http://www.shininglife.org/events.html
