Richard lives in London and has been an independent member of Cycling UK’s Audit and Governance Committee since 2021.

He is General Counsel, Head of Compliance and HR at an asset management firm. Richard co-founded, and, until recently, chaired, Islington Cycling Club and has more than 30 years of riding and racing experience.

He loves tandems, time trials, and, especially, tandem time trials.
