The Camden Clean Air Cycle Ride

Event ride
Bike Week
Description

After the success of our first event, we will be holding The Camden Clean Air Cycle Ride again on Sunday, June 12th, 2022 from 9.30am. We have just finalised a new 25km route below, which takes in Primrose Hill, Hampstead Heath, Tottenham Court Road, Lincoln’s Inn Fields and many other iconic parts of Camden. The 2022 event will include many exciting new features, e.g. the possibility to decide your own start time window and being guided by a marshal. But, most importantly, we have secured the support of the amazing King’s Cross Estate, so our start and finish lines will be in the beautiful new development at Granary Square.

Encouraging active travel has always been important to us at Camden Clean Air, and due to the various lockdowns, we saw a huge increase in the number of people taking up cycling. The Camden Clean Air Cycle is a bike ride for the whole community to take part in, regardless of your level, to celebrate cycling, cleaner air, and the beautiful sights of Camden. Riders will have the opportunity to stop off at one of our partner coffee shops along the way for refreshments, as well as being encouraged to wear something blue to represent clean air.
