All rides start on Wednesdays at 7:30 pm at St Albans War Memorial.

Rides are between 15 and 20 miles long at a brisk pace with an arrival time at the destination of 9 p.m.

It is essential that you have front & rear lights (preferably 2 sets), puncture outfit, tyre levers, pump and spare tube. See our FAQ page for further details.
