Friends,

This week's Tuesday ride will start at the Royal Commonwealth Pool at 18.30. We will head off on the traffic free Innocent Cycle Way and stay off road as far as Musselburgh. We will cross the lagoons and head up the cycle way to Tranent, get wonderful views from Fa'side Castle and head back through Dalkeith, crossing the Edinburgh By-pass on the Gilmerton road bridge before heading back to the Commonwealth Pool. 25 Miles.

The forecast is for a very light wind with a chance of some light rain.

At any turns, make sure the person behind sees you. Please take note of my phone number 07900 462304  in case you get separated from the group.

Please ensure your bike is roadworthy, and that you carry 2 spare inner tubes and tools.

Remember you are riding at your own risk and whilst the group will always try to help, you are responsible for looking after yourself and getting yourself home.
